The Regulate Max SOC feature is designed to prevent battery overcharge conditions and extend battery lifespan. When a battery remains at a very high SOC (99% or above) for an extended period, it can cause stress on the cells, reducing long-term performance and efficiency. To address this, the system includes an automated SOC regulation mechanism that gradually discharges the battery under controlled conditions.
