The Security Pin is used for authentication before the battery management system (BMS) can be accessed through the SFK Android/iOS mobile application. Once the user sets a 6-digit PIN in the Cerbo GX, they can use the same BMS with the SFK mobile app. This ensures secure access and prevents unauthorized modifications.
