Shipping Policy:

Sun Fun Kits currently offers shipping from our domestic USA warehouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as well as our International Warehouses from Hong Kong, and Dongguan, China. Below are our policies with regards to how your orders are shipped and delivered to you.

Baton Rouge Warehouse:
Most orders placed on the Sun Fun Kits website will ship within 24 hours from the Baton Rouge distribution warehouse, however, some items will take longer. Certain products may also have a few days of processing before they ship, we provide an estimate of this time on the product detail page and at checkout. We offer shipping form carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. For orders being shipped internationally there may be duties, broker fees, and other processing that may be charged by these carriers before they can be delivered. These must be paid by the customer as Sun Fun Kits has no control over these fees.

Freight Shipments:
Items shipped via freight may take up to a week to ship depending on availability of freight carriers. For residential freight deliveries, a lift gate fee and a residential surcharge fee will be applied, these options are available at the checkout page and if the website detects a residential delivery area it will notify you of these fees. Please Note: if you opt to uncheck these fees at checkout and the system determines that liftgate and residential services are required to your address, you agree to authorize Sun Fun Kits to re-route the delivery to the freight carrier's main hub that is closest to your delivery area. The freight will need to be picked up by you within 1 week of the delivery notification or storage charges by the freight carrier may incur. Generally orders over 550 lbs. are shipped via freight.

International Warehouse Shipments:
Items shipped from our International Warehouse will take an average of 45-60 days to deliver under normal circumstances, however, this can be extended up to 120 days depending on shipping congestions, trade treaties, and other factors that affect global trade. International Shipment are NOT TRACKABLE until they arrive to the destination port of the destination country. This means for approximately 75% of the transit time you will not have a tracking number for your order. Any cancelation of orders or refunds are only eligible after 120 days have passed since the time of placing the order.

International Warehouse Taxes & Duties (DDP):
Items shipped form our International warehouse are shipped DDP to most areas such as the USA and Canada, this means all import taxes, broker fees duties, and delivery to your location have been paid by Sun Fun Kits. However, you may still be liable for sales tax/gst from your city, state, and or province depending on your local laws and regulations.
