Mobile APPS (Android & IOS): 
Sun Fun Kits apps for Android & IOS require location services to be enabled in order to use Bluetooth (BLE) communication. Our apps do not collect and do not transmit any information or "phone home" any details regarding usage, tracking, user interaction, or any other information that users enter into the app. The requirement to turn on location services is required to be compliant with Android & IOS requirements as without this Bluetooth BLE communication is not possible. In layman's terms: we do not monitor or track who is using our app, nor do we have statistics about app usage (aside from the information that is stored directly by the market place namely: Google Play store and or the Apple IOS store), the app is provided as a convenience to any Sun Fun Kits product user for the sole purpose of monitoring the status of their battery.

Starting with version 4.X of our app you can choose to utilize the benchmarking feature of our app to test battery performance, the test can then be uploaded to the Sun Fun Kits website for review and diagnoses. This information does not include any personal identifiable information, but it may include information regarding your battery ID and name. The url is not public and will normally expire in 60 days, you can choose to save the results in your account when logging into the Sun Fun Kits website.
