Series balancing in a series setup uses the heating pads inside a battery to balance the voltages among batteries. This will cause the batteries to warm up, however, most batteries should fully balance well before this limit is reached. This limit can be adjusted as needed. Note: if you are in warmer climates you may need to raise the limit to be above ambient for series balancing to work properly.
