At last it's here! The plus model of our legendary 315EX! Experience the latest generation of the 315EX now with a ESP32-H2 co-processor, additional memory, ram, 3 wireless networking modes and tons more cpu power! You also get USB-C as standard and can add the RS-485 port as an option. Huge capacity and endurance, with over 315 Ah of capacity and 8000 rated cycles the 315EX+ is the successor to both the legendary SFK-300HP and SFK-275EX batteries and now comes equipped with the GEN 3 A switch, enhanced SFK Victron Communication, and triple heating modes (low temp charging, standby heating or disabled) taking the great 315EX to even higher heights!
The 315EX+ is a performance/endurance battery that combines the best of both words while also having the smallest footprint in its class. With over 315 Ah / 4.1 kWh of capacity and rated for 8000 cycles, this battery is ready for the long haul and is the battery of choice when you are looking to set up large battery banks for your RV, boat, or home power back up. Like the 315EX battery, it features built-in heating elements for low temperature charging, a 200A bms, support for 4s series (48v) connections, an easy to use smart app, and SFK enhanced Victron communication.
The 315EX+ is one of the very few batteries on the market that can be connected in series up to 48V while also including functionality to allow for low temperature self heating. You can also parallel your batteries with up to 4 units (bus bars are needed to ensure proper balancing).
The lightest battery in it's class at only 62.00 lbs, while also having the smallest possible footprint.

The 315EX+ features our latest BMS system based on the ESP32-H2 mcu and it includes the gen 3 A I/O switch which greatly enhances user interactivity. Users can now select between Bluetooth (ble), Zigbee, or Thread protocols; they can also see battery SOC and view charge status as the battery charges. Options for disabling discharge/charge as well as battery restart have also been added to the gen 3 I/O switch.
The 315EX+ increases user customization and capability greatly over previous batteries. Active balancing has been expanded to allow customers to select activation voltage as well as the deviation voltage giving absolute control over the balancing system, users can also disable it if they wish. The system now has a real time clock and keeps track of additional battery details such as the days since the battery was last fully charged, it also includes 8 new logging parameters which provide users with battery usage history. Soc management has been expanded giving users the option to regulate high SOC, a system that will automatically use built-in heating to self discharge a battery to lower its SOC. Charge Pulse ensures that chargers see a viable voltage for batteries that have triggered low soc limit so users don’t get stuck if a charger refuses to charge a low soc battery.
The 315EX+ is hand built by Sun Fun Kits technicians in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is built to order. This battery uses components from the United States, China and India and has gone through a complete balance, capacity and load test to ensure it is built to industry standards.
